Knoxed Capital is proud to share that both of its co-directors, Salash Motiani and Ayisha Bashir Motiani, have graduated from the University of Oxford after completing postgraduate studies this year.

Salash Motiani was awarded his postgraduate degree in Artificial Intelligence for Business, based at Jesus College, University of Oxford. He was also recognised with the prize for the top final assignment on the programme — an acknowledgement of both the rigour of his work and the practical, investment-focused way he applied artificial intelligence to real business problems.

Ayisha Bashir Motiani completed her postgraduate degree in Organisational Leadership at Pembroke College, University of Oxford, where she was awarded a Distinction. The programme deepened her expertise in leadership, governance, and organisational change — building on her background as a Medical Doctor and her work in global health and healthcare governance.

As the principal investor and strategist at Knoxed Capital, Salash leads the firm's investment thesis and capital allocation across public markets, private companies, and transformative projects.
