Venice Reunion: A Journey of Resilience and Innovation

Presenting Folio AI at Venice reunion

Venice. A reunion. And a chance to share my story.

At 23, I built my first company selling goods online—and even designed the ERP system to run it. Dyslexia gave me a different way of seeing patterns, and persistence turned those insights into results. Over time, I became a self-made millionaire.

Last year, I went back to school—Oxford, for a postgraduate degree in AI for business. I wasn't the brightest student growing up, but resilience and determination carried me to the top of my class.

Today, I'm:

  • Achieving consistent 31% annual returns in the stock market
  • Working on solutions for execution inefficiencies in trading
  • Launching Emergathon—a new approach to hackathons, inspired by Stanford

None of this would have been possible without the people who came together in Venice and made the reunion so special. Thank you to everyone who organized it and those who attended—it was a privilege to present and share ideas with you.

The Power of Connection

Venice reminded me that innovation happens when brilliant minds come together to share ideas and challenge each other to think differently.
